Its one of those foods that make you pay homage to nature because of how beneficial it is to a person's health.

I like using lemons as a medicinal aid, because you really don't have to think about it. Just eat them once a day and you will see some kind of results- guaranteed.

Ingredients

  • distilled water or better (alkaline, smart water)

  • one or two lemons

  • handheld citrus juicer (optional)

  1. get a tall glass of room temperature water or warm/hot

  2. slice lemons in - or use a citrus juicer to extract the lemon juice.

  3. let it sit for an hour or two in advance if possible before serving

Healthy Lemonade Recipe:

Ingredients

  • A gallon of healthy water like distilled / or alkaline water

  • 6-8 lemons (or more - according to taste)

  • Agave Nectar or Organic Raw Cane Sugar

  • handheld citrus juicer (optional)

  • Knife


  1. Open the water and pour some out (drink it or give to your pet or plants)

  2. You are doing this to make room for the lemons

  3. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze them and juice them -remove the seeds

  4. Pour the freshly squeezed juice into the water jug

  5. Do this until the water tastes as lemony as you want

  6. Then take the pieces from the squeezed lemons and cut them up into smaller parts

  7. Add the cut up pieces to your lemonade concoction

  8. Then start adding Agave nectar to your jug

  9. Put the top on periodically and shake up the whole mixture

  10. Keep adding Agave to taste

  11. Let it sit awhile, then serve
